EXTENDED: MONMOUTH COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICES CLOSED TO PUBLIC THROUGH SUNDAY, JULY 5, 2020

Please note: All County Offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020 in observance of Independence Day. County Clerk employees will not be available by phone and email on this day.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the public access restriction to the Monmouth County Clerk’s Offices has been extended through Sunday, July 5, 2020, per determination of the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders. County Clerk employees will be available by phone and email.

For the County Clerk’s Election Office:
• The County Clerk’s Election Office is open for in-person services and to receive hand deliveries of Vote by Mail applications during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Please note all County Offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020 in observance of Independence Day)
• For election related questions, please call the County Clerk’s Election Office at 732-431-7790.
• For additional election information, please visit our website at MonmouthCountyVotes.com.

For the County Clerk’s Main Office and Recording Services (33 Mechanic Street):
• Services related to passports and the issuance of county and veteran ID cards are temporarily suspended.
• For more information regarding Notary Public services, please contact our office at 732-431-7324 x8740 during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• We will continue to accept recordable instruments via mail and e-Recording. Hand deliveries are temporarily suspended.
• For trade name services, please contact 732-431-7324 x7313.
• Should you have an emergency situation, please contact our office at 732-431-7324 x8740.

For the Monmouth County Connection Office:
• Services related to passports, issuance of veteran ID cards, and notary public are temporarily suspended.
