In-person early voting available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

FREEHOLD, NJ – The Monmouth County Election Offices, including the Superintendent of Elections, the Clerk of Elections, and the Board of Elections, will have extended hours leading up to the Nov. 5 General Election.

The election offices, located at 300 Halls Mill Road, Freehold Township, NJ 07728, are open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition, the offices will be open on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to allow for voters to apply for and drop off their Vote by Mail Ballots.

Any voter may apply in-person or by designated messenger at the Monmouth County Clerk of Elections Office, located at 300 Halls Mill Road, up until 3 p.m. the day before Election Day, Monday, Nov. 4.

Mail-In Ballots can either be hand-delivered or mailed to the Board of Elections Office at 300 Halls Mill Road in Freehold Township. Hand-delivered Vote by Mail Ballots must be delivered to the Board of Elections by the 8 p.m. close of polls on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5. Vote by Mail Ballots sent via mail must be postmarked by Election Day and received by the Board of Elections within 48 hours after the close of the polls.
