ABSTRACT
This book contains births, marriages, and deaths that occurred in Millstone Township between 1848 and 1877.
HISTORY
In New Jersey, births, marriages and deaths were first required to be reported to the State in 1848. Many towns kept a chronological record of these events in a standardized vital records ledger. A separate copy of the event was sent to the State. Some towns still have these ledgers in their possession.
